Who we are
EXIVORA is an organic-first social media marketing agency based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. We provide social media account management, short-form video production, AI-assisted content services, content testing and scaling, e-commerce social commerce content, and performance analytics services. We do not run paid advertising campaigns.
How engagements work
All work is performed under a separate written agreement signed by both EXIVORA and the client. That agreement governs the specific scope, deliverables, timeline, payment terms, and intellectual property arrangements. The information on this website is for general guidance only and does not constitute an offer or contract.
Communication
We primarily communicate with clients and prospects over WhatsApp at +91 83103 89838 and email at help@exivora.in. Response times during business hours (Mon - Sat 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM IST) are typically within a few hours. Outside business hours we respond when we are next available.
Intellectual property
Content created for clients during a paid engagement is owned by the client on full payment of the relevant invoice, unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing. The EXIVORA name, logo, website design, and methodology remain the property of EXIVORA.
Confidentiality
We treat client business information as confidential and do not share it with third parties without permission, except where required by law.
Limitations of liability
We aim to deliver high-quality work, but we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes such as follower growth, revenue, or rankings — organic social media depends on many factors outside any agency's control. Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees paid by the client to EXIVORA in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do. For significant changes affecting active clients, we will notify you by email or WhatsApp.
